Title	Pan Boiler
Description	He/She will be reporting to Pan in charge. Job Descriptions and Responsibilities: Adjust valves to obtain the specified temperature and pressure, and obtain super supersaturated solution without caramelising sugar; Washes and steams the pan after striking to remove sugar remaining on the pan body; Make sure all strike samples are checked under a microscope; Strike all Massecuite at the required brix; Boil and strike the Pan at the marked striking level; Ensure there is no force grain in the Massecuites; Participate in scheduled maintenance as an Artisan – Boiling House; and Performs any other lawful duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications	Holder of Form IV certificate coupled with three (3) years working experience in the relevant field. A certificate in sugar technology courses from any recognised institution will be an added advantage..
