Title	Assistant Pan Boiler
Description	He/She will be reporting to Pan Boiler. Job Descriptions and Responsibilities: Adjust valves to obtain specified temperature and pressure and obtain super supersaturated solution without caramelising sugar; Turns valves to stop boiling and to break the vacuum seal on the pan; Washes and steams the pan after striking to remove sugar remaining on pan body; Make sure all strike samples are checked under a microscope; Strike all Massecuites at the required brix; Boil and strike the Pan at the marked striking level; Ensure there is no forced grain in the Massecuite; and Performs any other lawful duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications	Holder of Form IV certificate coupled with at least three (3) years working experience in Pan Boiling.
