Title	Shift Engineer
Description	He/She will be reporting to the Senior Mechanical Engineer. Job Descriptions and Responsibilities: Allocates tasks to Supervisors; Monitor and control cane quality and cane feeding; Monitor the operation of feed tables, levelers, and fiberizer to achieve the recommended Preparation Index; Optimize mill performance by checking imbibition application, mill hydraulic, and speed of cane carrier of mill number 1; Ensure a stable supply of steam to the plant; Proper handling of bagasse reclaimable system; Attend all breakdowns during the shift; Supervises plant preventive program during the shift; Perform any other lawful duties assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications	Holder of a Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering, Agriculture Engineering, or Chemical & Processing Engineering or equivalent qualifications coupled with four (4) years of working experience in the food processing industry.
